What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-living home goods. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer a guarantee on live plants?
Yes, we have a 14-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant shows signs of severe stress or damage within two weeks of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. We process orders from Monday to Wednesday to ensure plants don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We partner with local nurseries and artisans who use recycled materials and organic growing practices to minimize our environmental footprint.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an item has been packed for shipment, we are unable to make further changes.
